What a wonderful facility...WOW! There are so many great people who work here and are so dedicated to their pacients. I got a grand tour of the facility and also got to join in some activities. I played BINGO...i just love playing bingo...for real. I sat next to a lady who needed help seeing the numbers and making sure she was placing them on the correct spot. She had told me she had never won bingo before and she had been living at the care center for a long time. Well the day i volunteered was the day she won bingo, i was so excited for her and she herself was too. The next activity i attened was the church service. I brought in many patients and passed out the reading material and music books. The pastor asked me if i could sing them a song and i would have loved to but i didnt have my music with me. I learned that at times like these i should have that with me and i plan on packing a suit case along next time with all the things i could ever need at an apperance.
